how to take out gel
take an aloe vera leave..make a vertical slit..n juz press a bit.. u wud get the gel..the leave is always filled with gel..so its not difficult taking out the gel

uses of aloe vera
aloe vera can be affectively used in skin care n hair care..it has excellent anti-bacterial properties.. so it can be used for acnes too...aloe vera gel directly applied 2 skin...helps in acne, sun tan, sun burn.. etcit gives a glow 2 ur face...aloe vera gel can be directly used as a toner...too..if u apply aloe vera gel directly 2 ur scalp, it wd make ur dandruff a problem of past..u have 2 keep the aloe vera gel on ur hair or skin for 30 mins to see desired results.

aloe verea gel helps after waxing too...after waxing apply aloe vera gel.. it will give a soothing sensation n prevent ingrown hair too...

sum masks of aloe vera gel
exfoliant [mentioned in other forum by sneh(psk)...] n its gud for dry skinOats & Aloe Exfoliant1 tablespoon finely ground oats1 tablespoon finely ground almonds1 teaspoon honey1 tablespoon aloe vera gelCombine ingredients in a bowl and stir until well mixed. Apply to face and neck skin after cleansing and before toner is applied, using gentle circular motions. Rinse well with warm water and gently pat excess moisture from face. Follow with facial mask.for all skin types(except dry)mix sum multanni mitti(fullers earth) with aloe vera gel 2 make a paste n apply on ur face.. keep for 20 mins.. wash with water..

scrub for all skin types
take 2 tbsp of oatmealsadd 2 tbsp sugar(dont grind it.... use it whole)2 tbsp aloe vera gel1 tbsp lemon juice....mix n scrub
